Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from receipt of order. You have 14 days after you receive your order to contact us for a refund or e-voucher. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The 14 days does not include shipping time, this is just the time you have to initiate the refund process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods. For example, gym bras underwear or socks for hygiene reasons - no exceptions. If you wish to return swimwear, please do not remove the original wrapping/seal for hygiene reasons - no exceptions. Contact customer service at [email protected] for further information.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Attach this to an email along with a description of the issue and a picture of the product you wish to return; this should be addressed to [email protected].
Refunds (if applicable)
For straightforward issues that can be seen from the picture, your refund will be made once you send us the shipping confirmation to prove you have sent the product back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
In certain cases, we may issue a refund or send you a replacement; this shall be determined on a case by case basis and is solely our decision after reviewing the case.
We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order. Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.
Items must be unworn and unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear etc) Any items found to be in poor condition will be returned back to you.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If after we have made the refund to your card, and you haven’t received the refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
flyersetcinc currently does not offer exchanges, a refund against your original payment method will be processed upon receiving your return. To receive a different size, please place a new order via the website.
Sizing issues
Sizing information is included in the description of each product. It is very important that you use the guidelines prior to purchase as we will not be responsible for sizing issues that are caused due to a disregard of our guidelines. Should the sizing issue be caused by us, you have the option to have a new product shipped to you or to get a refund. We care about our customers and will do our best to make sure you are satisfied.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she/he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: flyersetcinc,Podhorská 330/106,,466 01 Jablonec nad Nisou Czech Republic. Please send an email before you ship the item as the returns address for your area may vary.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, it may take 2 - 4 weeks for your exchanged product to reach you, you will be notified of the duration upon receipt of your email.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Any items purchased from an flyersetcinc event (i.e. pop-up store) cannot be returned for a cash refund. Store credit in the form of e-vouchers or gift cards will be issued for returns that are approved for the full amount you purchased the items.
If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.
All returns must be initiated by sending an email to [email protected] to ensure they are registered internally. Failure to do this, will significantly slow down the returns/refund processing speed.
